delivery POLICY

We can deliver items anywhere in Mainland UK. Delivery outside the UK Mainland is possible, please contact us for a quote. Delivery of goods is made once full payment is made through PayPal, or once funds have cleared if paying offline. We don’t deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

We endeavour to dispatch all our orders within 3 Working Days from the UK via Royal Mail. Our posting takes place on the next Monday, Wednesday, Friday after an order is placed. Please bear this in mind when you are placing your order to avoid disappointment.

 

The standard delivery prices listed on the website include a 2-7 day delivery service by Royal Mail within the UK mainland. Delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days from the shipment date. You will receive an email to notify you when your order has been dispatched.


Please ensure that you provide accurate contact or delivery details to ensure timely delivery. We do not accept liability for any failed or late deliveries due to incorrect address details. Confirmation your order has been posted will be sent via email. In the event of non-delivery, the goods should be held by the local Royal Mail Post Office for a maximum of sixteen days.

Our shipping prices are calculated by weight and start from £3.20 

We offer free shipping for all UK orders above £35

Parcels up to 2kgs are sent using Royal Mail 2nd class service (usually 3-5 Working Days) £3.20

Parcels over 2kgs and up to maximum 5kgs are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class service (usually 3-5 Working Days) £5.30

Europe & Rest of the World

We are currently suspending international sales but will update via this page and social media when we can meet international orders.

 

ReturNs Policy

Damaged goods

If an item you have ordered reaches you in a damaged condition, please contact Rebecca at wildcornishsoap@gmail.com within 14 days and we will send a replacement. To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase and photographs of your damaged product. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Returns

Please be aware that we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in a non-saleable condition. Should you wish to return our items in their unopened parcel please get in touch with us.  Please note: the cost of returning your parcel to us is at your expense.

 

We can only accept returns within 14 days of your receipt, provided it is returned in its original packaging, in an unused condition. Goods that arrive to us in an unsalable condition may be subject to a reduction in the refund value.

 

Returns will be processed by us within 5 working days of receiving the returned items. Quote your name and order number when emailing us. We will provide you with a returns address and make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered free of charge or send you a refund.
